RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Available positions include overnight shift and afternoon shift.
Prepare meals according to food safety and diet policy standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Responsible for overseeing the evening shift. Must be able to multitask and problem solve. Hours are 11am-7pm on weekends and 3:30-7:30pm on weekdays. Every other weekend and holiday required.
The homemaker provides a variety of dietary and housekeeping services. Duties include food preparation, meal serving and clean up. Duties also include cleaning of resident rooms and common areas. Knowledge of food service helpful and attention to detail required.
Food service and housekeeping experience preferred. Attention to detail required and must have the ability to work independently and get along with co-workers and have a excellent customer service.
RN Home Care
The home health care nurse is responsible for assessing the client, establishing or adjusting the plan of care, medication assessment and management, wound care, and nutritional assessment. Responsible for discharge planning needs and supervises Home Health Aides and their services. Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure as a RN in state of Minnesota. Experience in home care nursing is required. Experience with Medicare regulations and documentation
