RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Available positions include overnight shift and afternoon shift.

Chief Financial Officer:
This position is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the organization. Provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, accounting and budgeting efforts of the organization. This position will create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning and fiscal management of assets. Will develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business plans, projects or systems. Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have a 4 year accounting degree and preferably CPA. Experience in health care preferred. Must have the ability to supervise staff and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have the ability to communicate and work cooperatively with staff, residents, resident family members, contractors, regulators and auditors.

Assisted Living Staff Nurse
Ensures that the health and safety of all residents are met thru assessments of the residents, development and implementation of appropriate care plans, supervision of staff. Completes admissions and assessments and communicates to family and physicians. Orders and sets up medication, maintains residents charts and supervises unlicensed staff.

This position will also be trained to help/cover in Home Care. It will also be part of an Assisted Living/Home Care on-call rotation.

Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure as a RN in state of Minnesota.

Director of Nursing
Ideal candidate is flexible & innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors. Coordinates and manages overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and governmental regulations.

Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Minnesota and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in long term care and supervisory experience. Must have experience in effective leadership, and ability to work with minimal supervision, organize and prioritize to complete multiple projects.
