Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Full Time Position available for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Position is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable for Nursing Home and Assisted Living accounts receivables including billing, managing accounts, managing resident trust accounts. This position will also act as a back-up receptionist. Background in medical field a plus. Requires attention to detail and data entry. Must be able to multi-task and work in fast pace environment.
Ideal candidate is flexible & innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.Current license to practice professional nursing as a RN or LPN in the state of MN. Requires competent nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation skills. This position will oversee and supervise nursing assistants. Requires good communication, oral and written skills. Must possess ability to plan and perform work independently without direct supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective nurse/resident relationships. Full Time position available. Shifts are some day shifts and some afternoon shifts.
RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Available positions include day, afternoon and overnight shift. Full time positions available on the day and overnight shifts; part time positions available on the afternoon shifts.
Duties also include cleaning of resident rooms and common areas. Attention to detail required. Position may also be trained in the homemaker position. The homemaker provides a variety of dietary and housekeeping services. Duties include food preparation, meal serving and clean up.
Attention to detail required and must have the ability to work independently and get along with co-workers and have excellent customer service.
