RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Now hiring Registered Nursing Assistants. Experience preferred but will train the right person. Duties include providing routine, personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming to Residents. Available shifts include afternoons.
Current license to practice professional nursing as a RN or LPN in the state of MN. Requires competent nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation skills. This position will oversee and supervise nursing assistants. Requires good communication, oral and written skills. Must possess ability to plan and perform work independently without direct supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective nurse/resident relationships.
Part time position available on the afternoon shift.
The Case Manager provides clinical leadership to residents. The Case Manager directs the clinical operations of residents to ensure regulatory compliance, nurture a person-centered and resident directed culture. The Case Manager provides each resident with professional licensed nursing assessments and evaluations and coordinates their care with other nursing staff. Responsible for infection control, safety, wound management, falls, MDS/CAA process, etc.
Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure as registered nurse in state of Minnesota. Experience in geriatric nursing is desirable. Three to five years on the job experience as nurse in skilled health care facility is preferred. Must have demonstrated mentorship qualities, supervisory skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, and nursing practice. Commitment to person centered and resident directed care is essential.
