Job Openings

From a career as a Nurse to a Registered Nursing Aid to a Cook, we have a job to fit everyone’s skills and abilities. Current job openings include:

RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Available positions include overnight shift and afternoon shift.

Cook
Prepare meals according to food safety and diet policy standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Responsible for overseeing the evening shift. Must be able to multitask and problem solve. Hours are 11am-7pm on weekends and 3:30-7:30pm on weekdays. Every other weekend and holiday required.

Homemaker
The homemaker provides a variety of dietary and housekeeping services. Duties include food preparation, meal serving and clean up. Duties also include cleaning of resident rooms and common areas. Knowledge of food service helpful and attention to detail required.
Food service and housekeeping experience preferred. Attention to detail required and must have the ability to work independently and get along with co-workers and have a excellent customer service.

Director of Nursing
Ideal candidate is flexible & innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors. Coordinates and manages overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and governmental regulations.

Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Minnesota and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in long term care and supervisory experience. Must have experience in effective leadership, and ability to work with minimal supervision, organize and prioritize to complete multiple projects.

Payroll & Accounts Payable Position
The ideal candidate for this position has strong problem solving skills and is highly organized. Primary duties include: process bi-weekly payroll, File quarterly & annual tax reports, process 401K contributions, process garnishments and assignments, process new employees, year-end reporting, pay invoices, set up new vendors and process 1099s. This position also helps prepare for audits throughout the year and helps assist in other areas of the business office. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, organize and prioritize to complete duties. Ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of payroll experience.
