From a career as a Nurse to a Registered Nursing Assistant to a Cook, we have a job to fit everyone’s skills and abilities. Current job openings include:

Dietary Manager:
This position is responsible for the dining experience for the Residents of Oak Hills. This includes but is not limited to: managing, scheduling and training staff, attending resident care conferences, ensuring compliance with food service standards and regulations. This position will also help with catering duties as needed.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, organize and prioritize to complete duties. Must have good personal skills. Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred but not required; will provide the certification for the right individual.

RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Available positions include day, afternoon and overnight shift.  Full time positions available on the day and overnight shifts; part time positions available on the afternoon shifts.  There is also an afternoon position available in the Assisted Living.

RN—Assisted Living and Home Care
The ideal candidate is flexible & innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors. Current license to practice professional nursing as a RNin the state of MN. Requires competent nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation skills. Requires good communication, oral and written skills. Must possess ability to plan and perform work independently without direct supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective nurse/resident relationships. This position will be split and have shifts in both the Assisted Living and Home Care

The homemaker provides a variety of dietary and housekeeping services.  Duties include food preparation, meal serving and clean up.  Duties also include cleaning of resident rooms and common areas.  Knowledge of food service helpful and attention to detail required.  Full time positions available on the day shift and part time positions available on the afternoon shift
