Director of Nursing
Ideal candidate is flexible & innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors. Coordinates and manages overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and governmental regulations.
Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Minnesota and have a minimum of 3 years experience in long term care and supervisory experience. Must have experience in effective leadership, and ability to work with minimal supervision, organize and prioritize to complete multiple projects.
RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Now hiring Registered Nursing Assistants. Experience preferred but will train the right person. Duties include providing routine, personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming to Residents. Available shifts include afternoons.
Current license to practice professional nursing as a RN or LPN in the state of MN. Requires competent nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation skills. This position will oversee and supervise nursing assistants. Requires good communication, oral and written skills. Must possess ability to plan and perform work independently without direct supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective nurse/resident relationships.
Part time position available on the overnight shift.
The homemaker provides a variety of dietary and housekeeping services. Duties include food preparation, meal serving and clean up. Duties also include cleaning of resident rooms and common areas. Knowledge of food service helpful and attention to detail required. Available position is day shift and approximately 25 hours per week.
