Assisted Living Director:
The Assisted Living Director is responsible for leadership and operations of the Assisted Living Facility.
- Ensure that the housing property is supported by high quality programs and services which allow tenants to live in the most beneficial environment.
- This position will coordinate services as needed
- Assist with staffing needs.
- Receive incoming phone inquiries, perform walk-in tours, and follow-up with referrals to maintain and build relationships with prospects and their families
- Complete all move-in related information with residents and their family member
- Review, revise, and communicate policies and procedures to residents, family members, and staff
- Stay up-to-date on regulations in Housing with Services, Assisted Living, Elderly Waiver, and Home Care regulations
