Visiting Options

Dear Family, Friends and Residents:

Balancing COVID-19 safety and visitation restrictions with the well-being of residents at Oak Hills Living Center is a critical priority.  Utilizing the best guidance available from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), we have instituted various visitation options.

We are experiencing a large volume of staff illnesses therefore please use your personal discretion on visiting. If you must visit please adhere to all posted masking and social distancing guidelines.

Please call Oak Hills Living Center at (507) 233-0800 or visit our website at https://oakhillsnewulm.com for the most current information regarding what options are available for visitation and scheduling information.
