Oak Hills Living Center has been proudly serving seniors in New Ulm for decades, with a history rooted in care and dedication. Originally established as Highland Manor in 1956, the facility started by caring for 60 residents. In 1995, it moved to its current location on 8th Street and became Oak Hills Living Center, ushering in a new era of quality care. Over the years, the center has grown and evolved to better meet the needs of the community. In 2002, a grant helped fund the addition of HUD apartments, further supporting local seniors.

In 2009, we introduced a dedicated short-term rehabilitation unit, followed by the launch of our catering business in 2011. These additions reflect our ongoing efforts to adapt to the evolving needs of those we serve.
