Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm, Minnesota provides a warm, home-like atmosphere. Skilled Nursing has changed dramatically from what it once was. Our nursing home is divided into five households with 16-22 residents to each household. With 94 rooms total, we’re able to give each resident the individualized care they deserve. Our amenities and daily activities provide residents with familiar activities within a safe, secure environment. Licensed and certified staff members are on duty 24 hours a day to provide skilled and compassionate care.
