Oak Hills Living Center is a newly remodeled, non-profit long term care facility providing a variety of services to seniors thru Home Health Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Home and Hospice. For more than 50 years we have been providing care to seniors in New Ulm and the surrounding areas.
