RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Available positions include afternoon and overnight shift. Full time and part time positions available on the day, afternoon and overnight shift.
RN Admission Coordinator
The RN Admission Coordinator is responsible for: insurance verification, referral calls and screens potential rehab admissions. This person will also be responsible for completing admission paperwork and discharge planning as wells as conducting tours for potential admissions. Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure as registered nurse in state of Minnesota. Experience in geriatric nursing is desirable. Three to five years on the job experience as nurse in skilled health care facility is preferred.
Household Coordinator/Health Unit Coordinator
This dual role position will be responsible for overseeing quality of life for the residents on our short term rehab unit. The Health Unit Coordinator responsibilities include: process physician orders, arrange appointments and transportation and other clerical work such as scanning documents. This position must have a good understanding of long-term care and preferably be an experienced RNA/TMA. The Household Coordinator must demonstrate leadership abilities to develop and motivate people; possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills; exhibit the ability to prioritize responsibilities; be flexible and able to work under stressful situations; be self-directed and have the necessary management skills to foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation among household staff
