RN Case Manager:
The RN Case Manager ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met through assessments of the residents, development and implementation of appropriate care plans and supervision of staff. Completes admissions and assessments and communicates to family and physicians. The RN Case Manager orders and sets up medication, maintains residents charts and supervises staff.
Deli/Cook:
Gutes Essen Deli and Oak Hills Living Center are hiring for a full time position with a dual role as a deli employee and a cook. We are seeking a motivated, creative individual who can work independently in a large healthcare kitchen. Must be able to follow safety/sanitation regulations and work every other weekend and holiday. Previous kitchen experience preferred
RN/LPN:
Ideal candidate is flexible & innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.
Current license to practice professional nursing as a RN or LPN in the state of MN. Requires competent nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation skills. This position will oversee and supervise nursing assistants. Requires good communication, oral and written skills. Must possess ability to plan and perform work independently without direct supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective nurse/resident relationships. Position available primarily available on the overnight shift.
RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant:
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Variety of positions/shifts available.
Nursing Assistant in Training:
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Variety of shifts available/flexible scheduling.
