RN/LPN:
Ideal candidate is flexible & innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication and organization skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.

Current license to practice professional nursing as a RN or LPN in the state of MN. Requires competent nursing assessment, planning, and evaluation skills. This position will oversee and supervise nursing assistants. Requires good communication, oral and written skills. Must possess ability to plan and perform work independently without direct supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective nurse/resident relationships.  Position available primarily available on the overnight shift.

RNA-Registered Nursing Assistant:
Provide resident care as required under the CNA regulations. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. Communication and interactions with residents, families and co-workers is an essential component of this position. Must be hard working, dependable and honest. Must have the desire to work and care for the elderly. Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person. Hiring for all shifts.

Caregivers:
Provide resident care. Will assist the resident with activities of daily living, complete assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe resident care. All training is provided.  All shifts available/flexible scheduling.  Four Hour, Eight Hour or Twelve Hour shifts available.  Pick hours that work into your schedule!
