Assisted living at Oak Hills Living Center is apartment style living for those people, typically seniors, who need assistance with one or more activities of daily living. Some activities of daily living can include cooking, dressing, bathing or medication management.
Prior to choosing Oak Hills Assisted Living, our RN Case Manager will complete an assessment to determine your needs. In 2011, the State of Minnesota enacted a law requiring all seniors entering an assisted living facility to call the Senior Linkage Line to receive an approval code prior to admission. The Senior Linkage Line is an advocacy line and can be reached at 800-333-2433.

Our private pay assisted living is evolving. Currently, we offer 16, 425 sq.ft. studio apartments. Our evolution will happen over 2 phases. First, we will add 8, 1-bedroom apartments, followed by the renovation of our current 16 studios into 4, 1-bedroom apartments and refurbish the remaining 4 studio apartments. Phase 2 will remodel our existing private pay assisted living.
