RN Clinical Education Director

Primary responsibilities are:
- Plan, control, and execute the implementation of new hire orientation and ongoing training programs for all personnel to ensure the maintenance and continuity of a high standard of services throughout the facility.
- Coordinate mandatory in-service requirements for all facility staff in addition to education on an as-needed basis for all shifts and departments.
- Develop education programs in response to staff needs and teaches staff current accepted patient care and center practices.
- Supervise and monitor new nursing employees throughout their individualized orientation period.
- Perform annual competency testing and evaluation and clinically appraise nursing staff performance to identify areas for education.
- Teach On Track, the online nursing assistant program.
