Overview

This position is responsible for the dining experience for the Residents of Oak Hills. This includes but is not limited to: managing, scheduling and training staff, attending resident care conferences, ensuring compliance with food service standards and regulations.

• Full Time position available
• 32-40 hours per week
• Shifts are a mix of 8-430pm or 11-730pm.  One weekend rotation per month is required.

Position Requirements: Cooking/food service experience required; health care experience preferred
This position would be preferred to obtain the Certified Dietary Manager Certificate (Oak Hills would help obtain/pay).  Once the CDM certificate is obtained, there would be opportunity to assist the Dietitian with clinical duties (such as completing clinical information).

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Will excel in customer service and greet customers in a polite manner. 
• Trained in food Safety and sanitation with continuing education as required/requested. 
• This individual must be organized with time management skills.  Team work and a positive attitude are necessary.   
• This position requires some lifting, standing for long periods of time, and exposure to heat and cold.
