
Assistant Manager of Nutrition

We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Nutrition to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of Nutrition Department. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing resident meal satisfaction, and ensure compliance with food service standards and regulations.
- Full Time position available
- 32-40 hours per week
- Shifts are 8am-430pm, with one shift per week working 11am-730pm. One weekend rotation per month is required.
Position Requirements: Cooking/food service experience required; health care experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations
- Attend Resident Care Conferences and Resident Council meetings to ensure resident meal satisfaction.
- Complete routine audits; ensuring food service compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Will excel in customer service and greet customers in a polite manner.
- Trained in food Safety and sanitation with continuing education as required/requested.
- This individual must be organized with time management skills. Team work and a positive attitude are necessary.
- This position requires some lifting, standing for long periods of time, and exposure to heat and cold.
Homemaker

This position is responsible for the dining experience for the Residents of Oak Hills. This includes but is not limited to: serving residents meals and ensuring compliance with food service standards and regulations.
- Full Time position available
- 32-40 hours per week
- Shifts are a mix of 6:30am-3pm and 7:00am-3:30pm. Every other weekend rotation per month is required.
Position Requirements: Cooking/food service experience required; health care experience preferred

Salary: $16.00-$17.00/hour
