CNA NURSING INSTRUCTOR (LPN or RN):
GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
CNA Nursing Instructor will have a passion for teaching and will serve as the mentor for staff. This position is part time and allows for a flexible schedule. The instructor will have the ability to set their own hours, typically working approximately 5-7 days per month. The responsibilities would be:
- Teach On Track, the online nursing assistant program.
- Plan and implement and oversee the Skill and Clinical experiences of nursing assistant students
- Schedule and register nursing assistant students for the state tests
- Provide one on one support to students to help prepare for state tests
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must meet regulatory requirements for licensure as either an LPN or RN in the state of MN
- Two years experience as a nurse is required
- One year experience as a nurse in a Long Term Care setting is required
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
The Fund Development Director will be responsible for the completion and ongoing maintenance of hours worked by all nursing personnel required to meet budgeting and staffing guidelines.
This position will plan, organize and direct scheduling for the nursing department to meet the needs of the residents. Additional duties will include managing hours and attendance and establishing training plan for new employees
Must be an excellent communicator as well as have the ability to foster relationships with Employees. Full time position with the opportunity to take on Human Resource duties and/or Marketing on Social Media tasks

This is a full time, benefit eligible position, typically working Monday-Friday from 830-5pm
