SKILLED NURSING

Skilled Nursing at Oak Hills Living Center provides a warm, home-like atmosphere. With 94 rooms, we are able to give each
resident the individualized care they deserve.

HOSPICE

Hospice services are provided to anyone whose life expectancy is likely to be six months. In response to the need for Hospice in the community, Oak Hills has set aside rooms to provide this service.

ASSISTED LIVING

Assisted living offers services such as meals, laundry and
personal grooming assistance. Each apartment is spacious
and comfortable, with a private bathroom,
living area and kitchenette.

SHORT TERM REHABILITATION

Oak Hills has dedicated 20 private rooms for our short-term rehab residents. These individuals are typically here for
a short period of time after a
surgery or accident.
