We have good news to share about outdoor visiting options starting Thursday, June 25th. Thanks to you, our staff, and community, we are managing the risks of COVID-19 well at Oak Hills Living Center. As a result, the Minnesota Department of Health has provided guidance on visiting in our outside areas. Indoor visits will continue to be limited to essential health care personnel and compassionate care situations for now. To schedule an outdoor visit, please call the front desk Monday through Friday from 8am-430pm only. There are many guidelines for our outdoor visits. If you are unaware of our guidelines, please ask to have a copy mailed to you when you set up the appointment.
