We have been informed that 6 of our staff members and 6 residents have tested positive for COVID-19 from testing this week.  We have moved the residents to our Covid unit where they will be quarantined for 14 days. Oak Hills conducted testing on all staff, residents and Essential Caregivers on Monday, October 26th and Tuesday, October 27th.  I want to let you know that we have been notified of a positive case of COVID-19 of one staff member and one resident in our building.   Our priority is to keep everyone safe and healthy.
